Questions buyers ask us

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 medals — enough for a single squad, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have — even a photo of last season’s medal. Our designers redraw it for striking at no charge.

Can every medal be engraved with a different name?

Yes. Send us the list and we engrave each medal individually on the reverse face.

Can you match our club colors on the ribbon?

Yes. Ribbons are woven in your colors and we confirm the match on your mockup before anything runs.

Can I mix gold, silver and bronze in one order?

Yes. All three are struck from the same die, so tell us your split and we quote it as one order.

Do you handle sponsor logos?

Yes. Full-color insert medals reproduce a sponsor’s exact brand colors, which struck metal alone cannot.
